In 2017, after two decades leading in global finance, Michael founded Luna Professional Performance Consulting (Luna PPC) with a simple belief: SME Owner-Managers deserve tailored, intelligent guidance - not cookie-cutter consultancy.

What started as a realisation soon became a purpose. Michael developed a proprietary methodology built specifically for businesses at the inflection point - those ready to grow, scale, or simply step back without losing everything they’ve built. Since then, he’s worked hands-on with dozens of Owner-Managers across the UK - not just helping them restructure their businesses, but coaching them personally, challenging assumptions, reigniting purpose, and reconnecting them with the role they truly want to play. It’s strategic work, yes - but also deeply personal. And that’s where Luna PPC stands apart.

Before founding Luna PPC, Michael was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley, leading high-performing teams across London, Europe, and Asia - including five years in Hong Kong as Head of Generalist Sales for institutional equities. His background spans operational change, capital markets, relationship management, and strategic leadership.

Michael also holds several board positions, including serving as Chair for Invivo Healthcare, a pioneering microbiome company - reflecting his ongoing interest in innovation, health, and sustainable growth. Michael holds a BA in Economics and German and studied Performance Leadership under renowned professor George Kohlrieser at the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Based in Cirencester, Gloucestershire, Michael partners with clients across the UK - combining analytical insight with human understanding to help Owner-Managers design businesses they can be proud of (and not trapped in).
